I’ve moved/entered my address wrong. Can I change it?

Please Note: If you placed an order for the Spring 2017 Virtual Race before March 1st then your packet will now have been shipped. 

Addresses can no longer be changed via the ZombieLink Account section for the Spring 2017 Virtual Race. If you ordered after 1st March and need to change your address please get in touch with us at support@zombiesrungame.com. Please include your current address, the new/corrected address, and your ZombieLink username, as this will speed up the process.

If you log into the ZombieLink website and navigate to your ‘Account’ page you should see the details of your race entry at the bottom. You can edit your address there if necessary.

There will be a cut-off point for changing addresses. Once we start shipping packets, addresses cannot be changed. If you need to change your address please make sure to do so as soon as you can.

If you do not know what your address is going to be for the two months prior to, and one month after, a Virtual Race we recommend arranging to have your packet sent to a friend or relative.
