Why did my Pro Membership not Auto-renew? (iOS Only)

Please note: This is an iPhone/iPod issue only. Android users will not be affected by this.

If you bought a 1 Year Pro Membership between the launch of the new app on 14th May 2015 and Mid-July 2015 then this will not auto-renew, and will expire at the end of the year-long Membership period. This is because, when we launched the new app last year, it wasn't possible for us to have auto-renewing subscriptions, so these only came into effect two months later.

Anyone who purchased a 1 Year Membership between 14th May - Mid-July 2015 will need to set up a new Annual Pro Membership Subscription via the app’s Memberships page. Your new subscription will auto-renew going forward.
