Troubleshooting

In the Zombie Apocalypse, the most useful advice is also often the most simple. The same is the case here. Most of the problems you'll encounter can be solved by trying the following things:

A) If you're having a problem with how the app is behaving on your phone:

  • Force Zombies, Run! to quit
  • Restart your phone
  • Restart Zombies, Run!

B) If your run records aren't syncing properly to ZombieLink, or you aren't seeing all your collected items on ZombieLink:

  • Log out of ZombieLink in the app
  • Turn on your phone's "Airplane Mode"
  • Log back in to ZombieLink in the app
  • Press the "sync now" button in the settings tab
  • This synching attempt should fail - don't worry, that's intentional!
  • Log out of ZombieLink in the app
  • Turn off your phone's "Airplane Mode"
  • Log back in to ZombieLink in the app

C) If you're having trouble logging in to ZombieLink, or otherwise accessing ZombieLink:

  • Clear the cache on your web browser
  • Wait 5 minutes
  • Reload www.zombiesrungame.com/zombielink/
