If you're seeing the error message, "Unable to login with provided credentials", here are some things to check:
- Are you entering your username or email address and password correctly? Both usernames and passwords are case-sensitive, so you'll need to check you're correctly capitalising them. If you're unsure of your username you can use the Forgot your details? page and have this, and a password reset key, emailed to you.
- Is your phone automatically capitalising the first character of your password? If so, this could be causing you to unknowingly be entering your password incorrectly.
