I’ve got a new phone. Do I have to buy a Pro Membership again!?

If you have upgraded from one Android phone to a new Android phone, or an iPhone to a new iPhone you will not need to purchase a Pro Membership subscription again. You can re-install Zombies, Run! on your new phone by accessing your store account download history, and your Pro Membership should be automatically detected if you follow the steps below.

Android:

  • Make sure you are logged into the Google Play account you bought Zombies, Run! with
  • Open up the Play Store app
  • Tap on the ‘hamburger’ icon in the top left hand corner of the screen
  • Tap on the My Apps option
  • Tap on All
  • Scroll down to Zombies, Run! in this list and tap on ‘install’
  • The app should now begin downloading and install to your phone
  • When you open up Zombies, Run! the app should reflect your Pro Membership status
  • If the app does not automatically detect your Pro Membership subscription you may need to navigate to the Memberships page and tap on the 'Restore Membership' button.

iOS:

Method 1

  • Go to iTunes and App Store in your phone’s settings and make sure you are logged into the App Store account you bought Zombies, Run! with
  • Open up the App Store app
  • Either search for Zombies, Run! or find the app in your purchase/download history
  • Tap to download Zombies, Run!
  • If prompted to log in again do so using the Apple ID/iTunes account you used to buy a Pro Membership subscription.
  • The app should now begin downloading and install to your phone
  • When you open up Zombies, Run! the app should reflect your Pro Membership status
  • If the app does not automatically detect your Pro Membership subscription you may need to navigate to the Memberships page and tap on the 'Restore Membership' button.
